UNIGO ("we", "us") is an impact-travel platform operated by ROYAVIATORS (KvK: 97129550, VAT: NL005250674B79), Oudegracht 214 BSA, 3511 NS Utrecht, Netherlands. General contact: hello@unigo.now. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the UNIGO application.

2. Data we collect

We collect the information you provide when you register (name, email), the impact activities you join and verify, your Impact Passport data, and the evidence you submit. Businesses submit evidence about their impact practices. We also collect limited technical data (login events) for security and anonymous, event-based usage analytics to improve the platform. We do not use tracking cookies or device storage for analytics; no cookie consent is required.

3. How we use your data

• To provide your traveler profile, Impact Passport, and activity participation.
• To verify impact activities and award points and badges.
• To operate the Business Impact Score and business verification.
• To send you in-app and email notifications about your activity.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data based on your consent, the performance of our service contract with you, and our legitimate interests in operating a trusted platform. You may withdraw consent or request access, rectification, or deletion at any time.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Aggregate, non-personal impact statistics may be shown publicly. Your individual passport data is visible only to you and platform administrators unless you choose to share a summary.

6. Data retention

We retain your profile and impact history for as long as your account is active. Verification and audit records are retained to preserve the integrity of the platform's governance trail; personal identifiers in those records may be pseudonymized on request.

7. Your rights
